I help modern homemakers learn to thrive where they were planted and love the life they were given.
You probably had a vision of what homemaking would look like, too. Visions of living in a quaint home with cozy decor, the scent of fresh bread in the air, and the sound of children giggling. I’ll bet you were pretty calm, joyful, and totally poised in those visions, too, right?
Perhaps you, too, learned that reality has far more textured than that. Yet, it can still be beautiful.
I’m passionate about finding ways to let our messy, far-from-perfect reality weave its way into the beautiful, savoury image I had when this whole journey started.
And I want to show women like you how to find joy in your messy life, building meaningful memories and thriving where God has planted you with the blessings He has given you…
…However that looks for you.
Being a homemaker would be much easier if we could wave a magic wand and have the exact home we want, with a happy family that never faces challenges and enough time to complete every task. (And maybe more hands to help with those tasks, too!) But life isn’t like that.
And you know what? I’m glad it isn’t.
Somewhere in the journey of learning rhythms that help us serve our family and keep our home, loving our spouses and children, cooking meals, building community, and dealing with all the messy moments, we find something far greater than a perfectly manicured life could ever offer.
We find love, joy, connection, meaning, fulfillment, and God.
Let’s ditch the pressure of a Pinterest-worthy life together and pursue something… better.
Let’s discover how to live slower, love our lives deeper, and serve our families (and God) better. We’ll cook from scratch, build messy memories, decorate our homes, grow gardens, and create a beautiful life together, wherever we’ve been planted.
Thanks for stopping by, I am excited to do life together!
